At the B2 level, learners are introduced to the verbal and metaphorical world of Turkish culture. They work on understanding texts and everyday conversations through associations and indirect expressions. In grammar, different ways of connecting sentences are studied. Written genres such as fairy tales, stories, poems, and newspapers, as well as auditory and visual materials like songs and short films, are utilized. Around the 9th–10th lesson, trial exams/tests are conducted based on the topics covered. Short texts can be translated into Turkish upon students’ request, and vocabulary/sentence exercises specific to different fields are practiced. Learners may also present aspects of their own culture (such as cooking styles or ways of living).

Differences According to Learner Type/Level

For Children:

Use of sources such as fairy tales, children’s poems, and cartoons.

For Young Learners/Adults:

A personalized lesson program is created for those learning Turkish for academic, professional, travel, or hobby purposes.
